Heads every 3 months
Two fresh heads land in your letterbox for $20. We email you a few days before each one.
You stay in charge
Skip a delivery, move to every 6 months, change address or cancel from your account. No phone calls.

Where do you ship?
New Zealand only, free on every order. We post from Auckland.
How do I cancel the heads plan?
Log in to your account and press cancel. There is no minimum term and no fee.
Can I pay with Afterpay?
Yes, when you buy the brush on its own or the Duo. The Starter Kit includes a heads plan, so it's paid by card.
What if something goes wrong with my brush?
Every SonicPro comes with a 12-month warranty, on top of your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Email us and we will sort it.
I had a subscription before. What happened?
We moved systems and some plans were paused. Nothing will charge without you restarting it. Restart your plan and your first pack is on us.
